use | fluorescent red BK is used for coloring polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride and polycarbonate plastics. Suitable for light transparent color. |
Production method | Using 4-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde, 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole, and methyl cyanoacetate as raw materials. First, 4-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde is condensed with 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole in DMF solvent, and then reacted with methyl cyanoacetate to obtain the product. After post-treatment and drying, the finished product is obtained. Or the product is obtained by refluxing C.I.Solvent Red 197 with hydrochloric acid. or (C.I.solvent ned 197). 11.4g of C.I. solvent red 197 and 200mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid were added to the reaction bottle, and refluxed at 100-103 ℃ for 2.5h to measure the end point of the reaction. At the end of the reaction, 500g of ice was added, neutralized with 50% NaOH solution to pH = 7.5, filtered, washed and dried to obtain red dye. |
